Automne Studio created the illustration and pattern for the Flourish exhibition poster, as freelance graphic designers for Studio Wesseling, who led the concept and art direction. Flourish is Kehinde Wiley’s first solo exhibition at Museum Van Loon in Amsterdam.

The idea was to reveal a small piece of Wiley’s painting featuring floral details from the wallpaper of Museum Van Loon. Once the poster campaign had been rolled out across Amsterdam, the poster design was adapted into leaflets, photocall backdrops, screen presentations, exhibition signage, and façade flags for the opening night at De Duif, one of Amsterdam’s most prominent venues.
